Returning an Item
If you're not satisfied with an item or the size doesn’t fit, you can easily return it to us. Here’s how:
1. Fill out the return form: Include the number of items you’re returning. Return Form
2. Attach the return label: Place the return label on the package and ensure the old label is completely covered.
3. Return the package: Drop it off at any of the service provider's branches.
Note: Keep the receipt as proof of postage until we confirm that we've received your return.
Complaint
Sometimes, items may arrive defective or faulty. If this happens, you can send the item back to us for inspection. If the complaint is justified, we will either refund your money or send a replacement item as soon as possible. Please follow these steps:
1. Describe the defect: Include an exact description of the defect with the returned item.
2. Pay for the return: You will need to pay for the return in advance.
After inspection, if the complaint is valid, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item as quickly as possible.
