Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope of Application

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of RACKET GLOBAL LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") apply to all contracts concluded between a consumer or a trader (hereinafter referred to as "Client") and the Seller concerning all goods and/or services offered in the Seller's online shop. The inclusion of any Client's own terms is hereby objected to unless otherwise agreed.

1.2 A "consumer" is any individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. A "trader" is any person acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft, or profession, either personally or through another acting on their behalf.

  2. Conclusion of the Contract

2.1 The product descriptions in our online shop do not constitute binding offers but invite the Client to submit an offer to purchase.

2.2 Clients may submit their offer via the order form in our online shop. By placing goods in the virtual basket, proceeding through the order process, and clicking the button that finalizes the purchase, the Client makes a legally binding offer.

2.3 The Seller may accept the offer within five days by:

    • Sending a written order confirmation (via email), or
    • Delivering the goods to the Client, or
    • Requesting payment after the order is placed.

2.4 The Client’s offer is considered rejected if no acceptance occurs within the aforementioned time frame.

2.5 The contract’s content will be saved and sent to the Client in writing (via email) after the order is placed. It will also be accessible in the Client's account, provided an account was created.

2.6 Clients can review and amend their entries before submitting the order through the usual keyboard and mouse functions. A final confirmation window will display all information for correction.

2.7 The contractual language is English.

2.8 Order processing and communication typically occur via email. The Client must ensure that the email address provided is accurate and can receive emails from the Seller.

  3. Right to Cancel

Consumers have the right to cancel their order. Full details are available in our cancellation policy, provided at the time of purchase.

  4. Price and Delivery Costs

4.1 All prices listed include the applicable UK VAT. Additional delivery costs, if any, are specified in the product description.

4.2 Payment can be made via Shopify Pay, PayPal, and other methods listed in our online shop.

4.3 If payment in advance is agreed upon, payment is due immediately after the contract is concluded.

4.4 Payments made using PayPal are processed under PayPal’s terms and conditions. Clients can view the relevant terms here.

  5. Shipment and Delivery Conditions

5.1 Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Client unless agreed otherwise. For orders paid via PayPal, the delivery address associated with the PayPal account will be used.

5.2 If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons within the Client's control, any additional costs incurred (e.g., for re-dispatch) will be borne by the Client.

5.3 We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, and in such cases, Clients will be informed of the delivery schedule. No extra charges apply unless the Client specifically requests partial delivery.

5.4 The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Client once the goods are in their possession. For traders, the risk is transferred upon delivery to the courier.

5.5 If stock becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the order, and any payments made will be refunded.

5.6 In-store collection by Clients is not possible for logistical reasons.

  6. Liability for Defects

6.1 The statutory consumer rights apply to all purchases.

6.2 If a consumer exercises their short-term right to reject the product, they must return it at their own cost.

  7. Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 If the Client is a consumer, the laws of the UK will apply. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The courts of the Client's place of residence will have jurisdiction over any disputes.

7.2 For traders, the laws of the UK will govern the contract, with exclusive jurisdiction in UK courts.

  8. Alternative Dispute Resolution

The Seller is not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution but will consider it on a case-by-case basis.
